What We Do
Four Sectors, One Mission
We bridge the gap between high-impact European projects and the capital they need to scale.

Energy & Renewables
Wind, solar, hydrogen, and grid storage -- we connect developers and operators with institutional capital for the European energy transition.

Food & Agriculture
From vertical farming to sustainable agriculture funds, we broker investments in the future of European food production.

Defence & Security
Connecting NATO-aligned defence technology manufacturers with sovereign and institutional investors for critical infrastructure projects.

Metals & Mining
Rare earths, lithium, and strategic minerals -- brokering access to European resource projects for battery and technology supply chains.
Deal Flow
Active & Completed Projects
Northern Bulgaria PV & BESS Project
A photovoltaic power plant with an associated battery energy storage system (BESS) located on an 84-hectare plateau in Northern Bulgaria. Key milestones achieved include obtaining the Ecological Assessment and Detailed Urban Plan (PUP). The project is advancing towards grid connection with building permits expected in Q2 2026.
Western Romania PV & BESS Project
Large-scale combined-cycle photovoltaic and battery energy storage project in Bihor County, western Romania. The plant leverages excellent solar irradiation and proximity to the Hungarian border for potential energy export. Environmental and regulatory milestones are secured, with construction planned over a 2.5-year timeline.
Southeastern Romania Hybrid FPV & BESS
Europe's largest hybrid floating solar and battery storage project. Ready-to-Build status with all permits secured. The floating PV panels benefit from natural water cooling for higher efficiency, while the BESS enables energy arbitrage and grid balancing services. Shared point of interconnection allows independent operation of both systems.
Southern Romania PV Project
One of the largest greenfield photovoltaic projects in Romania, located in Dolj County. The project spans over 330 hectares across multiple plots with excellent solar irradiation. Grid connection via a 400 kV transmission line is secured, with building permits expected in Q2 2026. Land leases are in place for 30 years.
Ruse District PV Project (Bulgaria)
Ready-to-Build photovoltaic power plant in the Ruse district of Bulgaria. All permits, construction licenses, and grid connection agreements are in place. Southern terrain orientation with east-west tracker potential for up to 7% increased output. The project is supported by the local community and connects to an existing 220 kV overhead line.
BESS Waldegg (Austria)
Battery energy storage system on an industrial site in Lower Austria. The project leverages Austria's growing need for short-term grid flexibility driven by expanding PV capacity. Multi-use strategy combining wholesale arbitrage and ancillary grid services. Ready-to-Build status expected Q3 2026 with CATL LFP liquid-cooled technology.
Northeastern Bulgaria PV & Wind Hybrid
Hybrid renewable energy project near Provadia in northeastern Bulgaria. Over 129 hectares of owned land with Ready-to-Build status for PV and substation. Additional wind turbine potential of up to 63 MW and green hydrogen co-generation opportunity. Grid connection to the 110 kV Provadia substation is secured.
Tulcea Wind Farm (Romania)
Large-scale wind energy project in Tulcea County, Romania's best wind resource area with average speeds of 6.6-7.4 m/s at 100m height. Planned for 135 wind turbine positions with grid connection to a 400 kV line. Commercial operation in stages from 2026 to 2031. Expected annual energy yield exceeds 3,500 GWh.
IQF Fruits Import (Vietnam to Europe)
Import and wholesale distribution of premium Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) fruits from Vietnam. The product range includes sliced bananas, diced red dragon fruit, diced Kaew mango, and MD2 pineapple tidbits. Packaged in 10 kg units. Delivery terms CIF Koper.
